Ice Cream Catering by Cold Stone offers a variety of ice cream catering packages that can be customized to your needs. We offer reasonably priced packages and can even adjust any package to better suit your event’s specific requirements. But, whatever you choose, we can assure you that you’ll always get the best prices. Do you prefer particular flavors for your ice cream? Need smaller servings for the kids? No problem!

Depending on your event, you can try our Cold Stone Cooler or the Cold Stone Portable Cart in our main packages. The Cooler package is suitable for an event with 4 to 70 persons. It comes with a cooler to keep the product cold for 1 and 1/3 hours. It comes with a setup cost of $75. For bigger events, the Cold Stone Portable Cart is for you. This package has a setup cost of $125 and is suitable for parties with 71 to 1000 guests.

Whatever package you choose, the prices will vary depending on the number of guests. For example, if you have 25 guests, we will charge you $6 per person, but it will be $5.50 if you have 26 guests. In short, as the number of guests increases, the cost per person will decrease by 50 cents.

Both packages come standard with three ice cream flavors of your choice, four toppings of your choice, and whip cream, fudge, and caramel. We will also provide fresh waffle cones, spoons, cups, and napkins.

Options for the chocolate lovers include Founder’s Favorite, Birthday Cake Remix, Oreo Overload, Chocolate Devotion, and Germanchokolatekake. If you and your guests would love mint-flavored ones, we have Cookie Minster and Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip.
